The Scott Dixon-trained High Intensity has made a highly encouraging debut at Southwell.
The two-year-old, who finished runner-up after strong market support (14/1 into 6/1), is the first runner to be trained by in-form Dixon from his Haygarth House base for leading owners Andrea and Graham Wylie.
The couple's famous black and beige colours have enjoyed many happy days, but usually at legendary National Hunt venues such as Cheltenham, Aintree and Punchestown by equine stars like Inglis Drever, Tidal Bay, Briar Hill and Boston Bob.
High Intensity, ridden by Luke Morris, finished four lengths behind the favourite Padlock on the Fibresand and is sired by the Epsom Derby winner Sir Percy.
