Terms & Conditions

YOUR CONTRACT WITH US

Your contract is with Course & Distance Limited. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are to Course & Distance Limited, including where appropriate our employees.

Please read the following conditions carefully as bookings with Course & Distance Limited are accepted only with the terms and conditions set out below.

How to book

A 'Breakfast with' booking can be made by telephone or through the online booking form at which time we will confirm availability on a specific or open-ended date. The booking can then be confirmed by card payment via the PayPal link on our website or by speaking to us at the office 01427 839468 for the full balance due.

If we have to change your booking

It is very unlikely that we will have to change the date of your stable tour with us. However, on very rare occasions due to the nature of the business of a busy racing yard, the trainer might not be in attendance, or bad weather forces the postponement of your trip. When such circumstances arise we will seek to give you as much notice as possible to either re-book to a later date, or if you decide to cancel, we will happily provide an immediate refund for the full value of the booking.

If you change your booking with us

If you wish to change your stable visit in any way, we will endeavour to make the changes, up to a full 48 hours notice of your intended booking, but it may not always be possible.

If you cancel your booking

If you for whatever reason decide to cancel your booking after 48 hours of the booking being processed, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover administration fees, badges, postage and packaging.

Complaints

Should any aspect of your stable tour give you cause for complaint, you should write to us detailing your complaint within 14 days of your visit.

Inclusivity

We welcome the participation of disabled people on our stable tours though we recognise that certain experiences may present difficulties for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate, so we ask that you tell us about any relevant disability at the time of ordering. This enables us to do our best to meet the participant’s particular needs. We will be happy to provide information about the disabled facilities available at each location on request.

Validity

Our gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, stable tour itself, or whichever is the longest.
